Aloha is the Hawaiian word for love, affection, peace, compassion, and mercy and is commonly used as a simple greeting. For native Hawaiians, the term has a deeper spiritual significance also meaning ‘a force holds together an existence.’
Aloha summer brings a fresh summer feeling with a reminder to enjoy life to its fullest and that there is no occasion where it isn’t possible to wear flowers in your hair whilst riding a wave!
Becky loves the freedom and peace she feels when out on her surf board. She has always wanted to create a girly surfing artwork that encapsulates the feeling and she hopes this artwork brings this to life.
