Surf Life Saving is a charity of over 5,000 volunteers helping to make our beaches a safer and more enjoyable place for everyone. SLS volunteers have been providing beach lifeguard training and patrolling the coast for more than 55 years. SLS clubs are worldwide, training members aged from five years upwards in beach education, lifesaving, rescue and fitness skills, helping create fitter and safer communities by the sea.
